Refund policy
Jiroh accepts returns. This only applies if your order is returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
Please attach the invoice to your return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or
washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we
will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the same card that was used to purchase the items, in that
way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package
was sent.

Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or
make a purchase from Jiroh.dk (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information
about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that
you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with
the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information
and Order Information.

How do we use your personal Information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including
processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order
confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising
relating to our products or services.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to
fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to
pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be
transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless
and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices
or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Terms of service
When you are shopping with Jiroh you are automatically accepting our sales conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS: All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24
months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise
within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent
use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced.
Jiroh.dk does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
ITEM AVAILABILITY: We do not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time
of your order. In the unfortunate event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX /VAT: All customers will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT. Jiroh.dk is not
responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs outside EU. The carrier will contact you in case of
any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility
to pay for these extra charges.

Legal notice
In reference to the European online complaint portal ODR, here is a guide on how to file a complaint.
We advise customers to, in all situations, contact us if any product or service is unsatisfying, before filing a
complaint to the ODR.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to: The Competition and Consumer
Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby – Denmark. You can
also complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.

The European Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly
relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be lodged here –
