Refund Policy
Jiroh accepts returns. This only applies if your order is returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please attach the invoice to your return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. Once we have received the returned items and they have passed a quality control check, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds are only made to the same card or payment method used for the purchase in order to limit the use of stolen payment details. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the return package was sent. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact jirohcph@gmail.com to receive the return address.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Jiroh.dk (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

Terms of Service
When shopping with Jiroh, you automatically accept our sales conditions.

Notification of Defects
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month complaint period. Complaints do not apply to defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Shipping costs are not covered in the event of a complaint.

Item Availability
We do not guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email.

Customs and VAT
All customers must pay Danish VAT. Jiroh.dk is not responsible for customs fees or charges outside the EU. The carrier will contact you regarding any additional charges, which may delay delivery.

Complaints may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, or via www.forbrug.dk. EU consumers may also submit complaints via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
